Please use this form to send your support
issue to us. Give us as much information on the problem as
you can (i.e. something more than the program is not working).
If you need to send an attachment make sure it is in a zip file,
any attachments not zipped will be discarded.
All support will be handled within 24 hours during our normal hours
of operation, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST; we are closed Saturday
and Sunday and all normal US holidays. Support received on
Fri, Sat, and Sun will be responded to by the following Monday.
Notice to Clarion users: We do not provide support in the
Clarion newsgroups. All support is handled through this form
and our forums (not yet open).
If the problem involves a registration issue
please send us a screenshot of the registration screen and or the
template registration tab. (You can upload a file via email on the
next screen)
